摘要
新形势下军队院校的基础性、全局性和先导性作用将更加凸显,军队院校必须抢占发展先机,加快和超前培养大批高素质新型军事人才。本文在分析人才培养模式创新面临的机遇和挑战的基础上,阐述了人才培养模式创新的新内涵新思路,并提出探究式的教学模式创新、个性化的学习模式创新、实战化的训练模式创新、规范化的管理模式创新和一体化的保障模式创新等举措。
Under new situations, the fundamental, overall, and guiding role that military academie.s play will become even more important. Therefore the military academies have to seize the opportunity to develop in advance a large number of highly qualified military talents of a new type more quickly. On the basis of analysis both the challenge and opportunity we would meet in talents - nurture model, this article illustrates a new prospective for innovation in talents - nurture model. And it comes up with such proposals as： a questioning - and - discovering oriented way to teaching, a construction of learning model whose main duty is study, an actual combat simulating model of military training. It also recommends a further development of management model in cultivating high - quality personnel and a construction of security model in building servicing academies.
