废焦油渣配型煤炼焦的试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Coking by Mixing Moulded Coal with Tar Residue

摘要 通过40 kg小焦炉配型煤试验研究,以焦油渣为粘结剂,掺入量为2%制型煤,得出最佳配型煤比为20%,焦炭的冷热态强度符合高炉冶炼要求,M40大于82%,焦炭反应后强度CSR在60%以上。 Through Experimental study with coking by mixing moulded coal in 40 kg small coke oven, it is obtained that the optimal proportion of moulded coal is 20% in mixed coal, in which the proportion of coal tar residue is 2% as binder. The old and hot strength of coke is consistent with the requirements of blast furnace smelting. Its M40 is greater than 82% and Coke strength after reaction (CSR) in 60% above.
