摘要
目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体-L3(AFP-L3)、高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)联合检测对于肝癌患者的诊断价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测肝癌(38例)、肝脏良性疾病(40例)及健康体检者(40例)血清中AFP、AFP-L3及GP73的含量,并进行比较。结果肝癌患者组血清中的AFP、AFP-L3及GP73含量高于肝脏良性疾病组和健康对照组(P<0.05),三者联合检测的特异度和灵敏度优于单独检测,分别为91.38%、88.56%。结论联合检测AFP、AFP-L3及GP73对于肝癌患者具有较好的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the application value of detection AFP, AFP-L3 and GP73 inthe diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methotis Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was a- dopted to detect AFP, AFP-L3 and GP73 level of serum in hepatocellular carcinoma patients （38 cases） benign liver disease （40 cases） and healthy people （40 cases）, and comparison was done. Results The serum AFP, AFP-L3 and GP73 levels in hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those of patients with benign liver diseases and control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The sensitivity and specificity of combi- nation test of serum AFP, AFP-L3 and GP73, were 88.56% and 91.38 %. Conclusion Combination test of serum AFP,AFP-L3 and GP73 has good diagnosis value for heoatocellular carcinoma.
