摘要
目的对全须生晒参中人参总皂苷含量进行了测定,以此为指标评价不同来源市售生晒参的质量。方法采用比色法测定。检测波长544nm。结果比色法测定在20~120μg（r=0.9995）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=0.50%（n=5）。中华参中人参总皂苷含量最高,其次为长白山特产市场全须生晒参。结论该方法操作简便,稳定性和重现性好,可用于全须生晒参中人参总皂苷含量的测定。4种市售全须生晒参中有3种人参总皂苷含量大于2.5%。仅有一种人参总皂苷含量略低于2.5%。
OBJECTIVE To detected the total ginsenoside content in dried ginseng with tassels,as the index to evaluate different origins in market of dried ginseng with tassels quality.METHODS The colorimetry method was employed,The detected wavelength was 544nm.RESULTS A good linear relationship was observed in the range of 20～120μg（r=0.9995） and average recovery rate was 100.6% with a relative standard deviation of 0.50%（n=5）.Among the four different origins samples,the sample from zhonghuashen gave the highest content of total ginsenoside,The second is the sample from Changbaishan products market.CONCLUSION The method is simple,Precision,stability and repeatability,The content of total ginsenoside of three in market samples are more than 2.5%.Only one sample is slightly lower than 2.5%.
