摘要
罪己诏是中国古代帝王在灾异发生或政令失误时颁布的反省罪己文书,文化内涵丰富。罪己诏最早出现在汉代,且数量众多,这主要源于阴阳灾异说的盛行。从修辞层面看,罪己诏垄断了灾变解释权,限定了归罪资格,有助于巩固皇权,是政治修辞的重要形式。在后世发展中,其自我批评自我反省式的策略实施,日渐蜕变为取悦民众、缓和矛盾的统治权术。应该肯定的是,罪己诏显示君王自我反省精神,常伴有招贤纳士、延问得失、敦勉臣吏的作用,且附带救助优抚措施,能在一定程度上发挥修政功能。
The Blaming-himself Rescript which is the result of Disaster Theory often published when disaster occurs or the government decree faults in Han Dynasty. Accompanying with recruiting, supervis- ing and urging officials and measures of disaster salvation, the Blaming-himself Rescriptsis, to some extent are helpful to revise politics. Furthermore, the Blaming-himself Rescript supported Imperial Powers by an effective way which is seemed to be unassuming. And this writs has became the Strategies Constitute of the autocratic monarchy.
