摘要
对冬毛期育种核心群的蓝狐不同体表部位的被毛进行活体采样,用毛样重量比例法测定其被毛密度。结果表明:不同个体和不同部位的被毛密度差异较大。被毛密度以背中部(23 688根/cm2)最大,腹部(8 946根/cm2)最小,十字部(19 359根/cm2)和臀部(16 940根/cm2)居中。背中部被毛密度是反映个体毛皮质量的一个重要指标。在相同的饲养管理条件下,蓝狐被毛密度个体间存在较大的差异:平均被毛密度最高个体为20 217根/cm2,最高部位(背中部)31 919根/cm2,平均被毛密度最低个体为14 092根/cm2。公狐与母狐的平均被毛密度存在显著差异(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,用毛样重量比例法来换算被毛密度的方法是可行的;该场育种核心群的蓝狐毛皮品质优良,对其优异的种质资源应该加以开发利用。
The article measured the coat density of breeding core group of arctic fox(Alopex Lagopus)in winter fur growth period in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. Different body surface coat from arctic foxes were collected for the determination of its coat density by weight ratio method. The coat density in 4 parts of the arctic fox was determined by this method. The results showed that the coat density was significantly dif-ferent among individuals and among different parts, with the highest on the central back(23 688/cm^2) ,the lowest on the abdomen(8 946/cm^2), cross section(19 359/cm^2) and hip(16 940/cm^2)in the middle.The coat density value of central back is a good representative for individual fur quality. Take this for example, there is a great difference between individuals in the same conditions, with the highest of 20 217/cm^2, the lowest of 14 092/cm^2, and the highest position on the central back(31 919/cm^2). There was significant difference between the coat density of different parts of male foxes and that of females( P 〈0.05). Our results indicate that it is feasible to determine coat density by weight ratio method,the breeding flock of arctic fox should be developed and utilized for its excellent fur quality germplasm resources.
