摘要
利用5张生獭兔皮,测定了其5个部位即颈部、背部、肩部、腹部及体侧部的被毛密度,用冰冻切片法切好片子,在光学显微镜下计数固定面积下的毛囊数,再换算成单位面积下的毛囊数,即被毛密度。结果表明:不同个体和不同部位的被毛密度差异较大。
The article discussed the method of measuring the hair density of rex by optical microscopes. The hair density in 5 parts of the rex was determined by using frozen section method, the results showed that the hair density was significantly different among various individuals and among different parts.
