摘要
文章从概念、分类、核算、溢出及其与经济增长的关系等多个方面对国内外人力资本的研究脉络及最新进展进行了文献梳理和评述。分析发现,人力资本的经济增长效应目前存在较大的分歧,而对人力资本心理素质的核算尚未有学者触及。此外,对人力资本空间溢出问题亟待进行深入的研究。
This paper summarizes the research frame and the latest progress of human capital through introducing its concept, classification, accounting, spillover and relationship with economic growth. The analysis show that great bifurcations have always existed in the research about economic growth effect of human capital and none of the scholars has touched the account- ing of psychological quality. In addition, spatial spillover effect of human capital needs to be further researched.
