15%乙醇与清水冰袋局部降温效果比较的实验研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的比较15%乙醇与清水冰袋局部降温效果,寻找更为有效的冰敷方法。方法将健康志愿者40人按随机数字表均分为实验组和对照组各20人。实验组采用15%乙醇冰袋于大腿皮肤区局部冰敷;对照组采用清水冰袋局部冰敷,持续25min后评价效果。结果实验组降温效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01),两组均于冰敷20min后皮肤表面温度趋于平稳。结论15%乙醇冰袋降温效果优于清水冰袋,冰敷时间以20min为宜。 Objective To compare 2 cryotherapeutic agents including frozen ice and 15% alcohol frost and to determine which agent provided greater cooling efficiency. Methods Forty healthy volunteers were equally and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group receiving either 15% alcohol frost or frozen ice applied to the right thigh skin for 25 minutes. Results Application of 15% alcohol frost produced a significantly greater reduction in skin surface temperature(P〈0.01).The skin surface temperature of both groups leveled off after 20 min. Conclusion The 15% alcohol frost had greater cooling efficiency and application for 20 min would be recommended.
