摘要
目的探讨分析快速康复外科理念对于四肢骨折患者康复期间及身体状况和心理状况的影响.方法选择该院自2017年12月—2018年12月确诊的四肢骨折患者资料80例,采用分组对比的方式将这80例患者随机分为两组,并分别命名为研究组和对照组.对对照组的患者给予常规护理的干预形式,而研究组的患者则采用快速康复外科理念进行护理干预治疗,一段时间的护理结束之后,比较两组患者治疗后的治疗相关信息和身体状况,以得出有效的试验结论.结果一段时间的护理干预之后,研究组患者的进食时间、下床时间、住院时间及伤口愈合时间分别为(20.18±4.53)h、(8.17±2.34)d、(14.29±3.84)d、(6.54±1.82)d,明显短于对照组的(29.82±5.02)h、(12.18±2.93)d、(19.92±4.23)d、(9.29±1.57)d;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).且比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分数据情况,也显示研究组情况更佳.结论对四肢骨折患者给予快速康复外科理念进行护理治疗,能够有效改善患者的心理状态,提升患者的治疗速率,为临床医学提升治疗效率,使患者尽快恢复身体健康.
Objective Explores and analyzes the impact of rapid rehabilitation surgery on the physical and psychological conditions of patients with limb fractures during rehabilitation.Methods 80 patients with limb fracture diagnosed in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected.The 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups by group comparison and named as the research group and the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,while the patients in the study group adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery for nursing intervention.After a period of nursing,the treatment-related information and physical conditions of the two groups of patients were compared to draw effective test conclusions.Results After a period of nursing intervention,the eating time,getting out of bed,hospitalization time and wound healing time of the study group were(20.18±4.53)h,(8.17±2.34)d,(14.29±3.84)d,(6.54±1.82)d,significantly shorter than(29.82±5.02)h,(12.18±2.93)d,(19.92±4.23)d,(9.29±1.57)d of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And comparing the anxiety and depression score data of the two groups of patients also shows that the study group is better.Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgery concept for nursing treatment of patients with limb fractures can effectively improve the psychological state of the patients and increase the treatment rate of the patients and widely used clinically to improve the treatment efficiency of clinical medicine and enable the patients to recover their bodies as soon as possible.
