摘要
一个国家、民族对海洋的开发、利用和对海洋权益的争取和维护,在很大程度上取决于他们的海洋意识状况。所谓海洋意识,是指人们在长期的海洋实践活动过程中所形成的、对于海洋的自然规律、战略价值作用的反映和认知。我国的海洋意识经历了传统海洋意识、近现代海洋意识和现代海洋意识三个阶段。按类型划分,我国的海洋意识包括海洋战略意识、海洋权益意识、海洋安全意识、海洋开发意识、海洋保护意识、海洋教育意识和海洋参与意识等。
With regard to a nation,the exploitation on ocean and the endeavors and safeguards for Marine rights and interests largely rely on their Marine Awareness.The Marine Awareness is people＇s awareness of the natural law,status and significance of ocean.The Marine Awareness in China had three phases：traditional awareness,early-modem awareness and modem awareness. Divided by typology,the Marine Awareness in China consists of the awarenesses of tactic,rights and interests,security, exploitation, protection,education and participation.
