摘要
为了探索叶面硒肥不同喷施方法对鲜食玉米硒富集量的影响,在不同硒肥浓度、喷施次数、喷施时期、喷施时间条件下,测定了鲜食玉米中总硒和有机硒含量。结果显明:硒肥浓度与鲜食玉米中总硒和有机硒含量均呈正相关关系;在抽雄期和采收前7 d叶面喷施硒肥的鲜食玉米中总硒和有机硒含量高于大喇叭口期(P<0.05);鲜食玉米中硒的富集量随着叶面喷施硒肥次数的增加而增加;晴天下午叶面喷施硒肥比早上喷施的效果好。
Selenium accurnulations in fresh corn were studied by foliar spraying foliar selenium fertilizer. Selenium concentrations, and spraying frequency, period and time were set as treatments. The results showed that there were positive correlations between the concentration of selenium fertilizer and the contents of total and organic selenium. The contents of total and orgaric selenium of fresh corn sprayed with selenium fertilizer seven days before havest and tasselling were higher than that sprayed at big trumpet period （ P〈0. 05 ）. The selenium accumulation in fresh corn were increased with increased spraying frequencies. It was better to spray in the evening on a sunny day than in the morning.
