摘要
用水培试验方法研究了硒对黑麦草(LoliummultiflorumLamaubada)生长、品质及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)活性的影响。结果表明,适量的硒(ρ(Se4+)=0~0.1mg·L-1)能促进黑麦草分蘖、株高、地上部生物量、根系干重及总生物量的增加,外源硒过高(ρ(Se4+)≥1mg·L-1)时黑麦草的生长受到抑制甚至中毒死亡。黑麦草体内含硒量随供硒水平的提高而增加,不同器官的含硒量大小顺序为根>叶>茎。在非中毒范围内(ρ(Se4+)≤0.1mg·L-1),随着供硒水平的提高,黑麦草地上部分的粗蛋白、钙和磷的含量增加,粗纤维和粗灰分含量下降,粗脂肪含量变化不明显。适量的硒能促进黑麦草根与叶的GSH Px活性增强,黑麦草根与叶的GSH Px活性与其相应部位的硒含量表现出显著的正相关关系。
Effects of selenium on growth,quality and activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in rye grass (Lolium multiflorum Lamaubada) were studied using water culture approach. The results indicated that the tiller,height,biomass above ground,root dry weight and total biomass of rye grass increased at a proper quantity of SeO^(2-)_3-Se applicationwhile the growth of rye grass was restrained or poisoned at an excessive quantity of Se application(ρ(Se^(4+))≥1 mg·L^(-1)). The content of Se in rye grass increased with the increase of SeO^(2-)_3-Se application, and the order of Se content in different organs was root>leaf>stem. With the increase of added SeO^(2-)_3-Se, the content of crude protein,Ca and P increased, that of crude fiber and crude ash decreased and the content change of crude fat was not obvious within non-poisonous range(ρ(Se^(4+))≤0.1 mg·L^(-1)). The activity of GSH-Px increased and positively related with the content of Se in root and leaf at a proper quantity of SeO^(2-)_3-Se application.
