摘要
针对国内各大城市环境空气质量污染状况的差异性和复杂性,许多评价方法在对其进行质量评价时不能显示较强的优越性,尤其不能方便快捷地对其数据进行处理等问题,采用PROMETHEE法并结合国家空气质量评级标准对样本城市的空气质量进行了综合评价.引入信息熵的理论来计算各评价指标的权重以避免权重确定的主观性,在此基础上建立的基于熵权的PROMETHEE法大气质量评价模型所得到的评价结果不仅符合实际情况,而且使得数据处理的计算过程变得简单.研究结果显示了所建模型及其方法的可靠性和适用性.
Due to the diversity and complexity of the pollution situation of domestic urban air environmental quality, many evaluation methods for air quality doesn't appear to be fully suitable, especially they can not quickly acquire the data for processing. The PROMETHEE method was introduced to give the sample a comprehensive assessment according to the national air quality rating standard, and the theory of information entropy was presented to calculate the weight of each evaluation index for determining the weight values without subjectivity. Finally, an atmospheric quality evaluation model using method of PROMETHEE based on entropy weight was established. The analysis results by the model can basically correspond to the fact, and make the calculation of the data processing easier, demonstrating the reliability and applicability of the established model and method.
