摘要
基于项目复杂性构成相关研究,构建了复杂项目系统复杂性由低到高的四层结构模型,提出了复杂项目系统复杂性的六大构成要素:技术复杂性、组织复杂性、内容复杂性、信息复杂性、目标复杂性、环境复杂性,并分析了各复杂性构成因素的影响因子。在此基础上,构建了复杂项目系统复杂性各构成因素之间的相互依赖关系模型。最后,基于模块化思想提出了复杂项目系统复杂性管理的集成化方法。
Based on research in structure of project complexity, four - story structure model of complexity of Complex Project System is built, complexity of Complex Project System is put forward, which is composed of technolo- gy, organization, content, information, target and environment complexity. Then it analyzes forming factors of complexities . On the basis of that, interacting model of factors of Complex Project System complexity is set up. Finally, it puts forward from the view of blocking thought, integrated management of complexity of Complex Project System.
