摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱法建立了土壤中阿维菌素残留量的测定方法,并研究了5 mg·kg-1和20 mg·kg-1两个浓度下的2%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂、2%阿维菌素颗粒剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油在土壤中的残留动态。样品经超声波提取,抽滤,旋转蒸发浓缩后,采用反相HPLC-UVD方法测定。三种剂型阿维菌素在土壤中的平均添加回收率为83.3%~109.6%,变异系数为1.46%~4.30%,最低检出浓度为0.001 mg·kg-1,最低检出量为1.0×10-10g。残留动态试验结果表明:不同剂型阿维菌素在土壤中降解速率,乳油>颗粒剂>微囊悬浮剂,同种剂型低浓度的降解速率快于高浓度;5 mg·kg-1和20 mg·kg-1的2%阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂在土壤中的半衰期分别为88.86 d,157.52 d;5 mg·kg-1和20mg·kg-1的2%阿维菌素颗粒剂在土壤中的半衰期分别为57.76 d,111.79 d;5 mg·kg-1和20 mg·kg-1的1.8%阿维菌素乳油在土壤中的半衰期分别为22.14 d,82.51 d。
HPLC method was established in avermectin residues in the soil of determination. The residue alynamiss of the 5 mg · kg^1 and 20 mg · kg^1 two concentrations of 2% avermectin microcapsules, 2% avermectin granules, 1.8% avermectin EC in soil were wtudied. Samples by ultrasonic extraction, filtration, rotary evaporation, ware meccsured HPLC - UVD nethod. Three formulations of avermectin in soil average recoveries is 83. 3% - 109.6%, coefficient of variation is 1.46% - 4.30%, the lowest detectable concentration is 0.001 mg · kg^1 and the lowest detectable amount is 1. 0 x 10-10 g. Residue test results showed that: avermectin rate of degradation in the soil, EC 〉 granules 〉 micro - capsules, high concentrations is faster than the low concentration; 5 mg · kg^1 and 20 mg · kg^1 strain of 2% Avermectin elements in the soil microcapsules half-life were 88.86 d, 157.52 d; 5mg · kg^1 and 20mg · kg^1 of the 2% Avermectin granules in the soil half - life 57.76 d, 111. 79 d; 5 mg · kg^1 and 20 mg · kg^1 of 1.8%. Avermectin EC half-lives in soil were 22.14 d ,82.51d.
