摘要
大庆石化公司两台辅助高压蒸汽锅炉,在检修时发现炉管壁厚减薄量较大,出现点腐蚀,经过腐蚀分析,得出造成炉管腐蚀的因素是多种腐蚀叠加起来的,由此提出了减少或避免炉管的损坏建议。
Two auxiliary high-pressure steam boiler in Daqing petrochemical corporation appeared the phenomenon that the thinning of the wall thickness of the tube is too large, and the tube appeared point corrosion in the maintenance. Through analysis of the corrosion,this paper gets the result that the reason of the tube corrosion is the superposition of various corrosions. So the paper puts forward the suggestion of reducing or avoiding the damage of the tube.
