摘要
根据直接式原油加热炉炉管温度分布及炉管腐蚀产物的特点 ,分析了加热炉炉管腐蚀产生的原因 ,探讨了加热炉炉管腐蚀机理 ,结合加热炉炉管腐蚀部位、挂片试验和检测数据 。
According to the temperature distribution and corrosion results of the direct type heating furnace boiler tube,analysed the reason that the boiler tube produced corrosion.Probed into the corrosion mechanism of the boiler tube.Also combined the corrosion position of the boiler tube with hanging test and the measure data,put forward the protective measure to prevent the boiler tube from corrosion.
