摘要
通过野外调查、历史资料分析、鲎毒性研究发现,食鲎中毒是中国北部湾及邻近海域沿岸的海南、广西、广东西部的一种主要食物中毒事故之一,常常造成死亡。食鲎中毒不是人们常说的食中国鲎幼体中毒,而是误食含剧毒物质——河豚毒素的圆尾鲎而造成的河豚毒素中毒。对误捕的圆尾鲎随便丢弃,是造成中毒者拾回家中误食的主要原因。有圆尾分布的香港、海南、广西和广东西部不食鲎、加强渔货管理,是预防食鲎中毒的有效方法。加强有圆尾鲎分布区域医生的食鲎中毒治疗培训,对挽救患者生命有一定的帮助。
Base on the data of field survey, analysis of historical data and research of toxicity of horseshoe crab, we made the research of poisoning of eating horseshoe crab, the result showed that the poisoning of eating horseshoe crab was one of main accident of food poisoning in Halnan, Guangxi, west of Guangdong, the coastwise area of Beibu Gulf, and can bring about death of sufferer frequently. Poisoning of eating horseshoe crab is nothing of poisoning for eating the young Tachypleus tridenta- tus, but is poisoning of tetrodotoxin by eating Carcinoscorpias rotundicauda. That careless discard of Careinoscorpius rotundi- cauda which caught by accident bring about some people pick up it to their home to food it. This is the main cause of poisoning of eating horseshoe crab. The e^cient prevent method of poisoning of eating horseshoe crab is do not to eat horseshoe crab and strengthening management of catch in area where the Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda distributes, such as Hongkong, Hainan, Guangxi and west of Guangdong. Training the doctor about the treating of poisoning of eating horseshoe crab in area where the Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda distributes have definite help for saving the life of sufferer.
