摘要
工程总承包是国际通行的工程管理模式,是我国工程建设体制向国际接轨的重大改革。代建制在我国也刚刚兴起,还处于探索创新阶段。本文通过对工程总承包及代建制模式进行探讨和比较,为选择适合需求的模式提供依据,旨在实际工作中能得到更好的应用。
General engineering contractor is a model of internationally popular engineering management, and an important reform of our country＇s engineering construction system matching international engineering construction system. Agent construction has just emerged in our country, and is still at exploratory and innovative stage. Through exploration and comparison of general en- gineering contractor and agent construction, this paper provides the bases to the model suitable for requirement, the goal of which is to better apply in practical work.
