S-腺苷蛋氨酸对原发性肝癌介入化疗栓塞后急性肝功能损害的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨S-腺苷蛋氨酸对原发性肝癌介入化疗栓塞后急性肝功能损害的保护作用。方法将我院2009年2月~2011年7月收治的52例原发性肝癌行介入化疗栓塞患者随机分为两组。对照组给予常规临床治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,每日1次,每次1 000 mg。比较两组治疗前、治疗后第3天、第7天的肝脏功能。结果两组患者治疗前肝脏功能无明显差异(P>0.05);两组患者手术后第3天肝功能各指标均有不同程度的升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗第7天各指标有明显改善,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用S-腺苷蛋氨酸能够对原发性肝癌介入化疗栓塞后急性肝功能损害有较好的保护作用。 Objective To analyze the role of S-adenosylmethionine in the protection of acute liver damage after primary liver cancer interventional chemoembolization. Methods Admitted to our hospital from February 2009 to July 2011, 52 cases of primary liver cancer interventional chemoembolization patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given the routine clinical treatment, and the experimental group was given S-adenosylmethionine treatment (once a day, each 1000 mg) on the basis of control group. Compared two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment, the third day, seventh day of liver function. Results The patients pretreatment liver function had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); two groups of patients after surgery, the third day of liver function parameters had different degrees of increase when compared with before treatment (P 〈 0.05); experimental group at the seventh day of liver function indicators improved significantly, when compared with the control group there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The use of S-adenosylmethionine can protect acute liver damage after primary liver cancer chemoembolization.
