摘要
合成了一种新的不对称双偶氮变色酸类试剂 2 苯并噻唑偶氮 7 ( 4 硝基苯偶氮 ) 1 ,8 二羟基萘 3,6-二磺酸。研究了试剂的结构和试剂的光度性质 ,并用偏最小二乘法 (PLS)不经分离同时分光光度测定了合成试样和铝合金试样中的微量Fe 和Ti 。
A chromogenic reagent 2 〔benzothiazolylazo〕 7 (4 nitrophenylazo) chromotropic acid was synthesized and its colour reaction with Fe? and Ti? was studied. In the presence of CPB, Fe? and Ti? reacts with the chromogenic reagent respectively to form a stable complex in the buffer solution at pH4.5. Their apparent molar absorptivities are 1.13×10 5 〔Fe?〕 and 1.73×10 5〔Ti?〕 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Their absorption maxima lie at 587nm and 605nm respectively indicating a serious overlapping. The partial least squares method was applied to simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of traces iron and titanium. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of simulated samples and standard reference materials of aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
