摘要
本文研究了4-(2-喹啉偶氮)-1,3-二羟基萘(2-QADNm)与镉络合物的光度性质.在0.17mol/L NaOH溶液中,镉(Ⅱ)与2-QADNm形成1:2的红色络合物,其摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~5.用均匀设计—单纯形法优化了形成络合物的条件.镉浓度在0.010~0.72μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律.用所提出的方法测定了矿物中的镉.
The complex of cadmium(Ⅱ) with 4-(2-quinolylazo)-1,3-dihydroxynaphthalene(2-QADNm) has been studied spectrophotometrically. In a 0.17mol·l^(-1) sodium hydroxide solution cadmium(Ⅱ) forms with 2-QADNm a 1:2 red complex, the molar absorptivity being 1.2×10~5l·mol^(1-)·cm^(-1) at 525 nm. The complexing reaction conditions is optimized by simplex procedure based on homogeneous experimental design. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.010 to 0.72μg/ml of cadmium. The proposed method has been applied to determination of cadmium in the ore samples.
