摘要
为了保证某型航空低压电源变换器在复杂的航空供电环境下能安全运行,该变换器必须按照相应的供电标准进行电气性能测试;按照中国民用航空技术标准CTSO-C71,为该型电源变换器研制一台专用的自动测试试验台;试验台不仅提供直流及过压供电及输入注入谐波测试,还提供负载调节、输出短路以及13路驱动电流能力测试等功能;采用宽输出半桥变换器提供直流供电、全桥逆变器提供谐波注入及电子负载提供负载调节和输出短路功能;触摸屏提供友好的人机界面,并结合PLC实现定时和过程控制,完成自动测试;着重分析谐波模块基准的设计,指出谐波注入变压器的特殊工作状态并给出设计流程,介绍了宽输出半桥变换器及电子负载的设计点;试验台运行稳定,界面友好,可以完成所有电气性能测试。
In order to guarantee a aerial power supply converter can work safely in the complicated environment, characteristic test must be proceeded before the converter was installed on plane according to the relevant standards. The project specially develops a automatic test bedstand for the converter in accordance with CTSO-C71 standard, which can supply multiple conditions of the rated or over voltage supply, ripple test, load regulation, short circuit test, and detect the 13 road current driving ability. The Bedstand uses wide output half- bridge converter to supply DC voltage, the full-bridge invter to supply sine ripple and the electronic load to supply functions such as load regulation and output short- circuit, the touch screen to obtain friendly interface combined with PLC to achieve timing and process control to realize the automatic test. The paper focuses on the inverter reference design, the transformer for ripple poured in, the half bridge converter and the electronic load design. The Bedstand works well and friendly when doing the automatic test.
