摘要
CX-1星务系统采用一体化设计方式,所有单机和分系统都与星载计算机直接相连,接受星载计算机的管理和控制;分系统或单机之间的信息交换必须经过星载计算机,因此,在设计过程中尽可能地提高星载计算机系统的可靠性就成为主要目标之一;为保证星载计算机的可靠性,在卫星的设计和研制过程中,对星载计算机的电气性能测试占据十分重要的地位;从分析星载计算机电气性能测试的需求出发,介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的星载计算机测试系统的基本功能、硬件配置、软件设计等,给出了系统测试原理与测试结果;通过实际对星载计算机的测试试验,利用该系统测试星载计算机的性能可以实现故障的快速定位。
The system of the CX- 1 micro-satellite is designed by combining single PC and subsystems. All the PCs and sub-systems are connected with the on-board computer directly, and are administrated and controlled. The information between sub-systems and PCs is exchanged by on -board computer. So the one of the main objects during designing the on-board computer is to improving the on-board computer reliability, To assure the reliability of the on-board computer, the test of electric performance for on-board computer plays the critical role in the process of designing and developing. To the need for testing the electric performance, the performance testing system of the on board computer based on the virtual instrument is introduced, such as the basic function, hardware configuration and software design, and the testing principle and result are presented. Through the practical testing, the system can realize the fast positioning for the failure during testing the performance of the on-board computer.
