板蓝根多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:研究板蓝根多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方法制造小鼠免疫功能低下模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的板蓝根多糖,用SPA花环技术测T淋巴细胞亚群的比例,免疫比浊法测Ig的含量,双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测sIL-2R含量,检测胸腺指数及MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞增殖和迟发型超敏反应情况。结果:板蓝根多糖可提高环磷酰胺模型小鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+T细胞百分率,降低血清sIL-2R含量,促进血清IgM、IgG和IgA等免疫球蛋白的生成,恢复小鼠胸腺指数及促进脾淋巴细胞增殖和迟发型超敏反应能力。结论:板蓝根多糖可调节环磷酰胺模型小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective: To study effect on immunological function of Isatis indigotica polysaccharide (IIP) in mice. Methods: To establish an immunosuppressive mouse model by intraperitoneal injecting cyclophosphamide. Those mice were given the dif- ferent doses of IIP through supplementation. The T-lymphocyte subsets were measured with staphylococcal protein A rosette test. The serum contents of IgM, IgG and IgA were determined with immunoturbidimetry. The serum content of soluble inter- leukin-2 receptor(slL-2R) was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Detect the thymus index. The spleen lym- phocyte proliferation and delayed type hypersensitivity were measured by MTF. Results: IIP significantly increased the percent- ages of CDa^andCD4~ T-lymphocytes subsets, decreased the content of sIL-2R in mice. IIP also significantly increased the pro- duction of IgM, IgG and IgA, promoted spleen lymphocyte proliferation and delayed type hypersensitivity. Conclusion: IIP mod- ulates the immunity in immunosuppressive model mice.
