摘要
应用Hypermesh软件建立某型号轿车座椅骨架的有限元模型,应用LS-DYNA求解器根据GB11551-2003《乘用车正面碰撞的成员保护》的有关规定对50%假人进行前碰撞仿真分析和物理试验,仿真和试验结果均表明,座椅靠背在承受外来冲击力时,应力分布较均匀,最大变形位置不影响座椅的安全性能。
A finite element model of an automobile seat structure is established by using Hypermesh. The 50% dummy in front impact of driverls seat is performed through the analytic software LS-DYNA and the physics experiment based on GB11551- 2003, which is the protection of the occupants in the event of a frontal collision for passenger car. Both of the simulation result and the experiment result shew that the strain is well-proportioned, and the distortion from the strain has little influence on the seat.
