摘要
针对塑料直尺在丝网印刷中的表面划伤及印刷效率低下的问题,提出了一种横向直立、纵向叠放、吸盘纵向吸取直尺后转位平放的送料方案,设计了相应的持续供料的料仓结构和传送机构,运用气压传动来驱动吸盘及传送机构的动作,解决了传送过程中直尺表面划伤的问题;同时开发了对整个工作过程进行自动控制的PLC控制系统,并对吸盘吸取直尺后转位平放和印刷台上升这两个传送阶段进行了独立控制,实现了并行工作,提高了直尺的传送效率。该设备的实际使用结果证明,直尺表面无划伤,并且生产效率高,直尺印刷速度达到了28把/分,工作平稳可靠。
In order to solve the problems of surface scratch and inefficiency during the screen printing of plastic straightedge, a novel scheme for material feeding was proposed, in which the horizontal upright, longitudinal stack, and longitudinal sucking mode was used. A granary and feed equipment capable of continuous feeding was designed. The surface scratch was eliminated by using pneumatic actuator. Also, a PLC control system was developed for the entire working process. The two steps of sucking disc rotation and printing table rise were controlled independently and thus the parallel operation was achieved. By using this equipment, the transport efficieney of straightedge was improved. Practical application of the proposed equipment shows that the straightedge surface is not scratched and the equipment has a high reliability and production speed reaching 28 rulers per minute.
