摘要
根据PLC控制时的梯形图结构与继电器-接触器控制方式在结构上的相似性,首先对压力机继电器-接触器控制系统分成四个模块进行分析,并且结合生产工艺及PLC资源的合理利用最终确定压力机输入点为8、输出点为7、I/O总数为15。根据I/O地址分配选择最合适的PLC设备进行外部接线,经过多次调试与修改确定PLC梯形图。从而解决传统压力机采用继电器-接触器控制系统线路复杂、故障率高、维修困难从而严重影响生产任务完成的问题。
Being structural similarity between the ladder of PLC and relay-contactor,relay-contactor control system of punch press was divided into four modules for analysis,Input 8 and output 7 was completed according to production process and PLC.According to I/O address the most suitable PLC was assigned,after several debug and modify the PLC ladder diagram was determined.High failure rate and difficult repairing of traditional relay-contactor control method of the punch press electrical appliances,which affected the completion of production tasks seriously was resolved.
