摘要
采用氯化挥发法在马弗炉和管式炉中处理含锡尾矿,探索还原剂(无烟煤)和氯化剂(CaCl2)的加入量对有价金属挥发的影响。结果表明,在无烟煤加入量8%,氯化钙加入量21%,石灰加入量5.21%,温度1 000℃,挥发时间3h的条件下,锡挥发率达到96.15%,铅和锌的挥发率分别为96.22%和73.51%。
Tin tailings were chloride volatilized in Muffle furnace and pipe furnace.The effects of reductant(anthracite) and calcium chloride on volatility of valuable metals were investigated.The results show that the volatility rates of tin,lead and zinc are 96.15%,96.22% and 73.51%,respectively under the following optimum conditions including anthracite dosage of 8%,calcium chloride dosage of 21%,lime dosage of 5.21%,temperature of 1 000 ℃,and time of 3 hours.
