摘要
在原有焊锡真空脱铅炉的基础上,设计了新型真空炉,考察了新型真空炉的试验效果。研究结果表明:含锡9.91%~20.77%含铅77.35%~88.36%的高铅低锡物料经一次真空蒸馏处理后,产出粗锡品位可富集提升至66%以上,粗铅含锡已降至0.045%~0.055%,日处理量为4.62~5.2 t,吨原料处理电耗685~797 kWh,产出的铅产品均达到国标3#精铅标准。新型真空炉处理高铅低锡物料的Sn的回收率是99.607%,Pb的回收率是99.995 4%,渣率仅为0.433%。本研究既保留了老炉型的原有优点,又突破了老炉型对入炉原料含锡要求Sn>35%的限制。
Newly vacuum furnace has been designed and experiment effect has been investigated under that formerly tin solder remove lead vacuum furnace.The results show that,the grade of crude Sn production could be enriched to above 66% with only 0.045% ~ 0.055% Sn in crude Pb from high Pb with low Sn material in that the content of Sn is 9.91% ~ 20.77% and Pb is 77.35 ~ 88.36 by only one time of distillation in vacuum furnace.The daily treatment ability is 4.62 ~ 5.2 t,electric power consumption is 685 ~ 797 kWh per ton for raw materials,and Pb products have been achieved the national standard 3# Pb.Sn recycle rate is 99.607%,Pb recycle rate is 99.995 4% and only 0.433% slag by newly vacuum furnace.The research has not only maintained the merit of formerly furnace,but also break through the restriction of content of Sn in raw material should above 35%.
