摘要
用阴离子交换膜制作的导电接口连接毛细管和自制的微电导池检测器 ,在自行组装的电泳装置上研究了几种氨基酸混合液的电泳分离和柱后电导检测 ,探讨了缓冲体系及其浓度、pH值、电泳电压等对氨基酸分离的影响 ,结果令人满意。
A conductivity detector has been prepared by ourselves and the experimental apparatus for HPCE has been established. A conductivity joint which is made up of negtive ion exchange film is used to connect a capillary to the conductivity detector together. With the apparatus, the separation and off column detection of several kinds of amino acids are achieved. The influence of operation conditions, such as, the systems and concentration of buffer solution, pH, applied voltage etc. has been investigated. The results are satisfactory.
