心血管植入式电子器械植入后静脉血栓并发症 被引量：3

摘要 笔者回顾以前发表的相关文献,发现起搏器植入后上肢深静脉血栓发生率为14%～64%,植入埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD)与其类似,而心脏再同步化治疗(CRT/CRT-D)患者较其更高。目前尚没有公认的导致心血管植入式电子器械植入后上肢深静脉形成的危险因素,可能的危险因素包括:导线相关因素(使用双线圈除颤电极及在CRT患者中使用ICD)、患者相关因素(使用临时起搏器和左室射血分数≤0.40)。临床上对于有植入侧上肢深静脉使用过临时起搏器和/或左室射血分数≤0.40的患者,予以华法林抗凝治疗可能减少相关并发症及死亡率。
