应用最细电极导线3830行右室间隔起搏一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女性,75岁,因持续心房颤动、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞植入VVI起搏器,选用目前临床上直径最细的双极、激素主动固定导线3830。手术过程中导线的进、出都要在SelectSite鞘管内进行以避免损伤心脏和血管内膜结构,在将螺旋电极"旋、压"进心肌过程中均轻柔操作,最后将电极固定在右室流出道间隔部。
