摘要
目的:了解宁波市江东区白鹤社区家庭病床开展现状,对存在的问题进行分析,提出相应对策。方法:对宁波市江东区白鹤街道社区卫生服务中心2009-2011年家庭病床收治的226例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:家庭病床的主要患者以恶性肿瘤、脑血管意外后遗症、慢性病为主,家庭病床患者中高龄男性患者占多数。结论:白鹤社区家庭病床以高龄老人为主,且合并多种疾病,社区居民对家庭病床需求日益增大,大力发展家庭病床很有必要。
Objective To explore the status quo of family bed health service in Baihe community of Jiangdong dis trict,Ningbo city,to analyze the existing problems and to put forward strategies. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted of 226 patients admitted to Baihe Street Community Health Center from 2009 to 2011. Results Patients of family bed were mainly those with malignant tumors, cerebrovascular accident sequelae, and chronic diseases. And the majority of family bed patients were elderly male patients. Conclusion Family bed patients in Baihe community are main ly elderly patients with many diseases. There is an increasing need of community residents for family beds, which make it necessary to develop family beds health service.
