摘要
社区卫生服务中心所承担的任务逐渐增多,对居民健康的重要性也逐步提升。广州市作为一线城市,所拥有的卫生资源相对丰富,为社区卫生服务中心的发展建立了医患关系、人员素质与服务可及性方面的优势,而且政策的支持与居民健康观的改变也为其发展带来新的机遇,但人员配置、激励机制以及居民认可程度低等问题依然制约着其发展。故采用SWOT分析法对当前社区卫生服务中心进行分析,旨在明确其优劣势,分析所面对的机遇与威胁,为社区卫生服务中心的可持续发展提出有效建议。
The tasks undertaken by community health service centers are gradually increasing,and the importance to the health of residents is gradually increasing.As a first-tier city,Guangzhou has relatively abundant health resources,and has established advantages in terms of doctor-patient relationship,personnel quality and service access for the development of community health service centers,and policy support and changes in residents'health outlook have brought new opportunities,but the problems of staffing,incentives mechanism and low level of resident recognition still restrict its development.Therefore,the paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the current community health service centers,aiming to clarify their advantages and disadvantages,analyze the opportunities and threats faced,and provide effective suggestions for the sustainable development of community health service centers.
