摘要
目的:研究欧李仁多肽的抗氧化作用。方法:以欧李仁多肽对DPPH.自由基、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力以及对小鼠体内血清及肝脏中SOD、GSH-PX酶活力和MDA含量的影响来确定欧李仁蛋白多肽的抗氧化能力。结果:欧李仁多肽对DPPH.自由基有显著的清除能力,其IC50值为2.69mg/mL;欧李仁多肽还具有明显的清除羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的作用,其IC50值分别为6.52mg/mL和7.19mg/mL。欧李仁多肽还可显著提高小鼠血清和肝脏中SOD、GSH-PX酶的活力,显著降低小鼠体内MDA的含量。结论:欧李仁多肽具有较好的抗氧化作用。
Objective: to study the anti-oxidant activity effect of the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide. Method: the anti-oxidant activity was determined depend on the scavenging activity of the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide against DPPH, hydroxyl and super anion free radicals and the effect on the SOD activity, GSH-PX activity and the level of MDA in mouse serum and liver. Results: the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide exhibite a relatively high level of DPPH free radical scavenging activity with the IC5o value of 2.69 mg/mL; the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide also has scaveng- ing activity against hydroxyl and super anion free radicals, the IC50 were 6.52 mg/mL and 7.19 mg/mL respectively; The Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide can increase the activities of SOD,GSH-PX activities and reduced the level of MDA ef- fectively in mouse serum and liver. Conclusion: the Cerasus Humilis Kernel peptide has an excellent anti-oxidant power.
