摘要
目的了解大学生骨密度和身体成分的特征,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法以杭州师范大学本科生74名,其中男18名,女56名为测试对象,采用韩国OsteoSys生产的EXA-3000数字DR X线骨密度测定仪测定大学生的骨密度各项指标,采用韩国Biospace生产的Inbody 720身体成分分析仪测试其身体成分,运用t检验和pearson相关分析进行数理统计。结果 1)不同性别大学生各部位骨密度和T值均具有显著差异,男生各部位骨密度和T值的各项指标均好于女生(P<0.01);2)大学生跟骨的骨密度好于前臂骨(P<0.01);3)不同性别大学生体脂肪、肌肉量、身体质量指数和体脂率之间存在显著差异(P<0.01);4)男大学生跟骨的骨密度与体重、肌肉量和身体质量指数显著相关(P<0.01);女大学生跟骨的骨密度与体重、肌肉量、身体质量指数和体脂肪显著相关(P<0.01);不论男女,前臂骨的骨密度与肌肉量相关性最高(P<0.05)。结论骨密度和身体成分均存在性别差异;体重是影响大学生骨密度的重要因素。
Objective The study attempted o understand the characteristics of college students' bone mineral density and body composition and to explore the relationship between the two. Method 74 undergraduate students from Hangzhou Normal University, 18 males and 56 females, were recruited as the subjects. The bone mineral density of the subjects was measured with the EXA-3000 digital DR X-ray bone mineral density determination (Korean OsteoSys production) and their body composition was measured with Inbody 720 body composition analyzer (Korean Biospace production) . T-test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis. Result College students' BMD and T-score are significantly different between different genders. The BMD and T-score of the males are better than the females( P 〈 O. O1 ). College students' calcaneus bone density is better than the forearm ( P 〈 0.01 ). College students' body fat, muscle mass, body mass index and body fat rate are significantly different between different genders(P 〈 0.01 ). The calcaneal BMD in male college students is positive associated with their body weight, muscle mass, body mass index( P 〈 O. 01 ). The calcaneal BMD in female college students is positive associated with their body weight, muscle mass, body mass index and body fat (P 〈 0.01 ). Regardless of gender, forearm BMD is positively associated with their muscle mass(P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion The bone mineral density and body composition are gender differences exist. Weight is an important factor of the impact of college students of the bone mineral density.
