摘要
产业结构转型升级需要完善的区域金融扶持体系的支持,就此问题首先建立起金融推动产业结构转型升级的理论逻辑框架,利用建立的理论框架以及金融支持模式与机制,提出区域经济转型升级的金融支持解决方案。
The regional financial support is the key to industrial structure transition and upgrading. Firstly this paper builds a theoretical analysis frame of finance promoting industrial structure transition and upgrading. Then based on the frame, it puts forward financial support plan for regional economic transition and upgrading.
