摘要
新时代背景下,党中央作出乡村振兴重大战略部署。金融是经济发展的血液,金融支持是实现乡村振兴必不可少的重要因素和保证。通过梳理2017-2020年乡村振兴和农村金融的文献,发现农村金融存在一系列问题。基于现有认知,建议进一步健全农村金融体系、增强市场活力、合理配置资源、优化金融生态环境,以农村金融的大发展助力乡村振兴。
Under the background of a new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China had put forward Rural Revitalization,which is an important strategic plan.Finance serves as the blood of an economy entity,and it is also an essential factor in the process of rural revitalization.By reviewing the relevant literature from 2017 to 2020,we find that there are some shortcomings in rural finance.At last,we put forward four important suggestions to promote rural revitalization:improving the rural financial system,enhancing the market vitality,reasonably allocating resources and optimizing the financial ecological environment.
