摘要
为金银木药用价值的研究和开发奠定基础,采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法对金银木果实进行脱脂脱色,然后通过水提醇沉法对其多糖进行提取、纯化,并研究金银木果实多糖对羟基自由基(.OH)、超氧阴离子(O2-.)和DPPH.自由基的清除作用。结果表明:金银木果实多糖含量为0.303g/g,金银木果实多糖对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子和DPPH.自由基具有明显的清除作用,是天然的抗氧化剂。
To provide a basis for research and development of medicinal value of L. maackii, its fruit was degreased and blanched by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, and purified through water extraction and alcohol precipitation. The scavenging effects of polysaceharides to hydroxyl radicals, superoxide anions and DPPH radical were studied as well. The results that the yield of polysaccharides was 0. 303 g/g and the fruit of L. maackii was a natural antioxidant with significant scavenging effects to hvdroxvl radicals,superoxide anions and DPPH radical.
