摘要
本文针对广州市的气候特点,对广州市住宅建筑开展了能耗统计工作。首先,选取33栋典型住宅建筑进行了能耗统计。而后,采用多元回归分析的方法对影响住宅建筑用电量的各因素(竣工时间、建筑层数和建筑面积)之间的相关性进行了讨论,用标幺值对典型住宅建筑用电量逐月变化规律进行了分析,并与广州市2010年相关统计数据进行了对比验证。最后,针对住宅建筑多采用分体式空调机供冷且空调冷负荷难以采集的特点,采取基于基准负荷比较的方法计算并分析了住宅建筑空调能耗特性及变化规律。本文所得统计分析结果有助于定量了解广州地区住宅建筑能耗组成、影响因素和变化规律,为实施建筑节能审查及建筑能源侧管理提供了参考和依据。
In this paper, according to the climatic characteristics of Guangzhou, a survey and statistic work of energy consumption of residential buildings in Guangzhou was carried out. Firstly, 33 typical residential buildings were selected and their energy consumptions were analyzed. Secondly, the relationships among several factors which affected energy consumption level was discussed using multiple regression analysis method, and the variation trend of power consumption with month was achieved using per unit value method. In addition, the results were validated with the statistical values of 2010 of Guangzhou. Finally, as most of the residential buildings were equipped with split unit air conditioners and their cooling loads were difficult to obtain, the basic load comparison method was applied to estimate the energy consumptions and their variation trends.
