摘要
目的通过对小儿静脉输液流程的改进,来提高小儿静脉输液质量。方法对本院2008年和2009年度儿科门诊输液的情况进行分析对比,对小儿输液流程进行改进,并对护士进行标准化培训,对操作流程,查对、巡视等内容进行规范考核。结果 2009年比2008年输液差错减少91%,投诉减少83%,患儿家长满意率增加5.2%。经改进后的输液流程可靠性强,有效减少了输液缺陷的发生。结论新法改进能够有效减少患儿输液的护理缺陷,并且减少与此相关的纠纷与投诉。
Objective To improve the pediatric intravenous infusion quality, though improvement of pediatric intravenous infusion processes. Methods Infusion situation of pediatric clinic in our hospital between 2008 and 2009 was compared. Improvement of pediatric intravenous infusion process, and nurses standardized training were conducted. The contents of operation procedure, checking, perambulation were conducted standardized examination. Results Compared with 2008, mistake decreased by 91%, complaint decreased by 83%, and satisfaction rate of parents of the patient children increased by 5.2% in 2009. Conclusion Improvement method can reduce the care defects of children＇s infusion, which also can reduce the related disputes and complaint.
