摘要
封爵、俸禄、致仕是官吏酬劳制度的重要组成部分,西夏作为少数民族政权,其酬劳制度虽有承袭中原传统职官制度的成分,但在具体的规定和运作中又呈现出独特的一面。本文在现有的汉文献、碑刻、黑水城出土文书、律令等史料记载的基础上,结合前人的研究成果,从职官制度文化视角入手对西夏官吏的封爵、俸禄、致仕等进行了探讨,从侧面反映了西夏职官制度的运行状况。
Investitures, salary and retirement are important parts of remuneration system for officials. Tangut is an ethnic political power, whose remuneration system shows uniqueness through its specific provisions and operation, while it inherits the traditional official system of the Central Plain. Based on some historical records like existing Chinese documents, inscriptions, unearthed documents of Khara - Khoto, and laws and decrees, this paper discusses the investitures, salary and retirement of Tangut officials in a cultural sight of official system by combining research findings of forefathers, which reflects the operation conditions of Tangut official system indirectly.
