Well completion technique in Yada field in IRAN

摘要 伊朗雅达油田油气藏较为发育,上部主力油层Sarvak油层具有产出物腐蚀性气体含量高、沥青质含量高等特点;下部主力油层L.Fahliyan油层(分L.Fahliyan上部小层和L.Fahliyan下部小层)具有油层高温高压、产出物腐蚀性气体含量高和潜在固相产出等特点。针对上述特点,开展了完井工艺设计研究。综合考虑油层稳定性、地层压力体系和已钻井测试情况,提出Sarvak油层采用裸眼下割缝筛管完井;对于L.Fahliyan油层,如果独立开采L.Fahliyan上部小层(不揭开L.Fahliyan下部小层),采用裸眼下割缝衬管完井;如果先开采L.Fahliyan下部小层,再开采L.Fahliyan上部小层,则均采用套管射孔完井。对完井管柱和射孔方案进行了优化设计。现场进行了10口井的完井作业,所有作业均一次成功,试油产量基本达到设计产能,表明完井方案设计合理,达到了预期的效果。 Reservoirs in Iranian Yada Oilfield are well developed with several payzones, including two major ones, Sarvak and L.Fahliyan. The upper major reservoir, Sarvak, is featured by high corrosive gas and asphaltene content. The lower major reservoir, L.Fahliyan, is divided into upper and lower L.Fahliyan layers, with the characteristics of high temperature and pressure, high, corrosive gas content, and potential solid phase production and so on. The completion technology research has been conducted, aiming at dealing with the challenges in both Sarvak and L.Fahliyan. In consideration of the reservoir stability, pressure system and test data of drilled wells, completion methods are put forward: for Sarvak, open hole with slotted liner; For L.Fahliyan, open hole with slotted liner for L.Fahliyan Upper only, and cased hole with perforation for both L.Fahliyan Upper and L.Fahliyan Lower. The completion string and perforation plan are optimized. The successful field applications in 10 wells indicate successful completion jobs and good results based on the designed completion measures.
