恒定液量控制方法研究与试验

摘要 为验证恒定液量控制系统的工作原理、测量系统的精确程度以及控制系统的可靠性和稳定性,对恒定液量控制方法的适应性进行研究,并进行室内试验和现场试验。研究结果表明,恒定液量控制方法会产生一定的圈闭压力,其大小约为目前人们普遍认识的1/3~1/4,当存在气体溢流时该方法适用于1000m以下井段。通过试验不同条件下自动控制系统的液位控制情况,控制器算法和节流阀动作协调一致,控制器的性能、控制精度满足试验要求。在不同控制方式情况下,节流阀全行程控制溢流和漏失时液位波动很小,控制速度较快,压差溢流和井漏时控制速度会更快。通过对数据采集与控制系统的不断调试,验证了控制流程和控制方法的有效性,可以有效解决液位控制方式下的非线性和滞后性问题,为进一步完善钻井方法、提高钻井新技术的应用打下了良好的基础。 In order to verify the working principle of the control system of constant fluid production,the accuracy of the measurement system,and the reliability and stability of the control system,the adaptability of the control method for constant fluid production is studied,and laboratory experiments and field tests are carried out.The research results show that the control method for constant fluid production will produce a certain trap pressure,which is about 1/3 to 1/4 of that generally known.This method is suitable for well sections below 1000 m when there is gas overflow.The liquid level control of the automatic control system under different conditions tested indicates that the controller algorithm and the throttle valve action are coordinated,and the performance and control accuracy of the controller meet the test requirements.Liquid level varies lit-tle when the overflow and lost circulation are controlled by the throttle valve in whole processfor different control methods,and the control speed is faster especially whenoverflows and lost circulation at differential pressure.Through the continuous debugging of the data acquisition and control system,the effectiveness of the control process and control method is verified,and the nonlinearity and hysteresis under the liquid level control method can be effectively solved,which lays a good foundation for improving the drilling methods and the application of new drilling technologies.
