摘要
从调查分析遵义市5所高校图书馆人力资源现状出发,阐述了我国教育欠发达地区地方高校图书馆学科馆员队伍建设的必要性与可行性,对地方高校图书馆如何加强学科馆员队伍建设进行了相关探讨。
From the investigation analysis of five city of Zunyi university library human resources present situation, elaborated our country education in less developed areas of subject librarian team construction of the necessity and feasibility of local university library, how to strengthen the construction of librarian team undertook relevant discuss.
