摘要
国外大学图书馆基于战略的组织结构变革有多种方式,如设立专门的战略规划部门或临时委员会、基于战略对图书馆职能部门进行重组、组建跨部门的项目团队、配置适当人员、建立相关条例和程序等。通过国外大学图书馆相关实例分析,为我国高校图书馆有效优化内部组织结构以适应战略管理需求提供有益参考。
There are several ways to reform the organizational structure of foreign academic libraries based on strategy, such as setting up strategic planning department or ad hoc committees, restructuring functional departments according to strategy, building cross-department project team, allocating appropriate staff, establishing rules and procedures, and so on. This paper concludes some experience from examples of foreign academic libraries restructuring based on strategy, and expects to offer references for effective restructuring of the internal organizational structure of academic libraries in China.
