A Study about the Influence of Social Network on Team Creativity

摘要 本文基于社会网络视角,通过对61个研发团队的有效样本进行回归分析,探究社会网络、知识共享与团队创造力各变量维度之间的内在作用机理。研究结果表明:网络密度与新颖性和实用性呈现倒U型的非线性关系;知识共享行为和知识共享质量在网络密度与新颖性和实用性关系间起到中介作用;网络异质性在网络密度与新颖性关系间起到调节作用。 Based on social network perspective, the paper explored the effect relationships among different dimensions of social network, knowledge sharing,team creativity by regression analysis of the effective samples of 61 R&D teams. The empirical results showed: network density had an inverted U nonlinear impact on novelty and utility; those inverted U relationships were mediated by knowledge sharing behavior and knowledge sharing quality;network heterogeneity moderated the relationship between network density and novelty.
