摘要
本文以人际信任为中介变量,"面子"为调节变量,构建领导政治技能对团队领导社会网络的影响机理模型。通过对160位研发团队领导调查问卷的实证分析,发现领导政治技能的四个维度社会机敏性、人际影响、交际能力和外显真诚对团队领导社会网络的网络异质性和网络中心性两个维度均具有正向影响;人际信任的两个维度认知信任和情感信任在领导政治技能各维度与网络中心性关系间起到部分中介作用;"面子"在领导政治技能各维度与网络中心性关系间起到调节作用。
The paper establishes a relationship mechanism model of leader political skill on team leader's social network taking interpersonal trust as medeiator and face as moderator. Based on the investigation and empirical analysis of 160RD team leader,the paper finds leader political skill( including social astuteness,interpersonal influence,networking ability and apparent sincerity) has a positive impact on team leader's social network( including network heterogeneity and network centrality); those relationships among the four dimensions of leader political skill and network centrality are partially mediated by interpersonal trust( including affect-based trust and cognition-based trust); face moderates those relationships among the four dimensions of leader political skill and network centrality.
